These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Finiphi platform and services ("Services"), operated by QuantumLoop Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Finiphi provides a budgeting and financial insights platform that allows you to view and analyze financial information, including transaction data obtained through Plaid and other third-party providers.

Use of the Services does not create an accountant-client, advisor-client, fiduciary, or any professional services relationship between you and Finiphi or QuantumLoop Labs LLC.
Any financial summaries, reports, estimates, categorizations, or documents generated by the Services are provided for informational and personal organizational purposes only. Finiphi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any data or reports for tax filing, regulatory compliance, or any other official purpose.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all financial information with a qualified tax professional or certified public accountant before filing tax returns, submitting regulatory documents, or making financial decisions based on information provided by the Services.
References to "tax document generation," "tax reports," or similar features in marketing materials, the application interface, or documentation refer solely to data organization and export tools. These features do not constitute the preparation, validation, review, or filing of tax returns or other official financial documents.
The Services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other automated technologies to categorize transactions, generate financial insights, extract data from receipts or documents, and provide other features. These automated outputs are approximate, may contain errors, and should not be relied upon without independent verification by the user.
Finiphi makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated or automated output. You acknowledge that automated categorizations, calculations, and insights may be incorrect and agree to independently verify all such outputs before taking any action based on them.
You acknowledge that financial data displayed within the Services may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, miscategorized, or inaccurate due to third-party integrations, user input, automated processing, or technical limitations. Finiphi does not independently verify imported financial data, transaction amounts, dates, merchant names, or account balances.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all data within the Services for accuracy and completeness. Any exported files, reports, summaries, or documents generated by the Services are for personal organizational use only and are not validated financial documents. They should not be submitted to any government agency, financial institution, or tax authority without independent professional review and verification.

We integrate with third-party service providers, including Plaid for account linking. By using our Services, you authorize these providers to process your data as needed. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, security, or privacy practices of third-party providers.
Transaction amounts, dates, merchant names, and account balances obtained through Plaid or other third-party integrations may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate. Finiphi does not independently verify data received from third-party providers and is not liable for any errors or omissions in such data.

We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
Paid plans automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided unless required by law.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, that any data or outputs will be accurate or complete, or that the Services will meet your specific requirements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuantumLoop Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
You and Finiphi agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings. Before filing, you must email us a Notice of Claim at admin@quantumlooplabs.com and allow 30 days for resolution. If arbitration is unavailable, disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Walton County, Florida.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, cyberattacks, service provider failures, or natural disasters.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
